Contact form: Name, email, company, domain of interest, message. Submitted voluntarily.

Demo chat: Questions submitted through the live demo. Stored with a session identifier.

Server logs: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited. Used for security and performance.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used to respond to inquiries, provide the demo chat service, improve our platform, and prevent abuse. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-party services

Anthropic (Claude AI): Demo questions are processed by Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

DigitalOcean: Servers hosted in New York, United States.

5. Data retention

Contact submissions are retained for business purposes. Demo sessions may be periodically purged. Request deletion at contact@noeud.ai.

6. Your rights

Under Quebec's Law 25, you may access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Contact contact@noeud.ai.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management only. No tracking or advertising cookies. The demo chat uses local storage for session context.

The demo is for evaluation only. Responses are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional engineering, safety, or operational advice. The knowledge base may not reflect current industry standards.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. noeud.ai does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

4. Limitation of liability

noeud.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit malicious content, reverse-engineer the knowledge base, overload the service, or misrepresent AI responses as certified professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and the noeud.ai name are proprietary. The extraction technology, pipeline architecture, and domain ontologies are proprietary. No reproduction without written consent.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Quebec courts.
